French Onion Soup En Croute- Red onion, sweet yellow onion and caramelized shallot in a beef stock, burgundy and fresh thyme finished with baby Swiss and delicate pastry. Bowl $6.95

Salads
Salads are served with DeBoer bakery rolls and choice of butter or seasoned extra virgin olive oil.
House Salad- Organic field greens and iceberg lettuce with shaved carrots, sliced English cucumber, grape tomatoes, radish roses and croûtons. $4.75
Club Caesar- Hearts of romaine in a roast lemon Caesar dressing with pecorino Romano and fresh croûtons. Served with a kalamata olive and grape tomato garnish. $7.00

Salad Seville- Baby romaine and spinach tossed with dried tart cherries, cider-cured bacon and dry jack cheese. Finished with mandarin oranges, mesquite chicken breast and orange white balsamic vinaigrette. $11.95
Black and Bleu Steak Salad- Cajun seared bistro fillet cooked to order and served on a bed of bibb lettuce with petite green beans, heirloom tomatoes, Maytag cheese, and Bloody Mary dressing. $12.95
Cobb Chefs Salad- Rows of chopped egg, black forest ham, Cottswald cheddar, avocado, heirloom tomato and turkey on a bed of mixed greens with choice of dressing. $10.95
Wood-Grilled Vegetable Salad- Asparagus and other seasonal vegetables lightly seasoned, drizzled with olive oil, grilled and then chilled. Served on a bed of bibb lettuce and fresh watercress with house vinaigrette dressing. $7.95
