Appetizers

 

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail - Chilled and served with cocktail and Thai dipping sauces.   $2.25 each

Sesame Encrusted Ahi Tuna - Seared rare to medium rare, accompanied with wasabi aioli and fresh     cucumber slaw.  $8.95

Fresh Spring Rolls - Vegetarian rolls fried crisp and served with Thai dipping sauce. $5.95

Asparagus Gratinée - Puréed asparagus, goat cheese, fresh herbs and parmesan baked in a casserole for two and served with sourdough crostini. $7.95
 
Soup
 
Wuskowhan Seafood Chowder - Mediterranean style chowder with crab, shrimp and fresh Lake Michigan fish in a rich tomato broth laced with saffron and sherry.  Cup - $3.95    Bowl - $5.95.

Entrée Salads

Seville Salad - Baby romaine and spinach tossed with dried tart cherries, cider-cured bacon and Manchego cheese, finished with mandarin oranges, mesquite chicken breast and orange white balsamic vinaigrette.   $13.95

* Club Caesar Salad - In a roast lemon Caesar dressing with pecorino Romano, Kalamata olives, grape tomatoes and croutons.

Greek Salad - Marinated mushrooms and artichokes, red onion, roasted tomatoes, Kalamata olives and feta cheese on a bed of baby spinach and romaine lettuce.    $8.95

Wuskowhan House Salad - Organic field greens, shaved carrots, red onion, heirloom tomatoes, croutons and a radish rose.    $7.95 
Cobb Salad- Chopped mushrooms, assorted olives, Swiss cheese, bleu cheese, turkey, ham and grape tomatoes on a bed of mixed greens, with choice of dressing. $12.95

All entrées are accompanied with fresh rolls, butter and seasoned extra virgin olive oil, and a House or Caesar salad.

North Manistee Rainbow Trout - Fresh Rainbow Trout, lightly dusted with seasoned flour, sautéed and served with crushed hazelnut-tarragon butter. With Chefs’ seasonal vegetables and whipped Yukon Gold potatoes. $19.75

Great Lakes Walleye - Roasted and served with golden pear chutney, seasonal vegetables and 3 grain rice pilaf. $19.75

Fresh Lake Perch - Fresh Michigan Lake Perch, lightly breaded and fried. Served with Chefs’ seasonal vegetables and your choice of house made fries or white truffle whipped Yukon gold potatoes.    $16.25
